Attic Pipe Burst in East Texas

This home located in Mount Enterprise, Texas was damaged by water after a pipe burst in the attic. The water spread throughout the second floor of the home and down onto the first floor as well. The ceiling above the living room was a specialized type of tin which took some of the heavier equipment that we use to dry it out. The attic was a tough place to get dry due to the fact that there was a fire wall built in place and no obvious crawl space. This home was one of the tougher ones to restore but we managed to get it done in the time frame the customer needed.
